He has partnered with global quality control laboratories across industries including Oil & Gas, Pharmaceuticals, Environmental & Water, Food, and Commercial Testing, helping them improve efficiency, compliance, and data integrity.

Driven by a passion to simplify laboratory informatics, he founded Revol LIMS in 2012 with a clear mission: to transform traditionally complex LIMS platforms into powerful yet easy-to-use solutions. Revol LIMS is designed to seamlessly serve everyone in the laboratory ecosystem—from executive leadership to lab managers and chemists—enabling smarter decisions, faster workflows, and scalable growth.

Kishoor Prem Xavier I is a seasoned Technical Head – Data with over 20 years of experience in data engineering, database architecture, and enterprise system modernization. He specializes in designing and optimizing scalable data platforms, leading complex data migrations, and improving system performance across LIMS, ERP, CRM, and analytics solutions.

With strong expertise across cloud platforms, modern databases, and ETL technologies, Kishoor bridges business needs with robust technical execution. He is recognized for building high-performing teams, driving data-driven decision-making, and delivering reliable, secure, and high-availability data solutions for global clients.

Antony Robin V. is a highly accomplished Technical Team Head with over 12 years of extensive experience in Web Application Development, specializing in Java and .NET technologies. He possesses a strong foundation in a diverse range of technologies including Java, C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, WCF, Web services, HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery. His expertise extends to modern frameworks such as Play Framework 3.0, .NET Core 8.0, .NET Framework 4.5, and Struts2.

Antony has a proven track record in leading end-to-end project deliveries, managing the Software Development Life Cycle, and providing application maintenance and support. He has successfully handled various roles including Project Management, Technical Architect, Team Lead, and Developer, demonstrating strong capabilities in resource planning, requirements analysis, technical design, solution deployment, and troubleshooting.

His experience includes working with support tools like SVN, Git, TFS, and Jira. Antony is recognized for his excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivation, proactive attitude, and ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
